4.Test Result
The charging time of lithium battery is affected by major factors such as battery capacity, charging current, battery voltage, charging method and battery life. Therefore, the charging time parameter of the lithium battery is only used as the reference time in the test environment conditions, and the actual charging time may have a certain deviation. Therefore, the charging module will have different charging times due to different charging modes. The specific cases are as follows:
(1)Adapter Charging
It takes about 1 hour and 42 minutes to charge two 18650 batteries (capacity 4800 mAh) with 5V / 2A to 75% and about 5 hours when fully charged.
Attention: Adapter specification must be less than 5V voltage.
(2)Solar Charging
On a sunny day, it takes about 3.5 hours to charge the 18650 battery (capacity of 4800mAh) to 50% power state by solar energy. It takes about 12 hours to charge to 85% power state.
Attention: The solar panel must use 6V operating voltage, not exceeding 3W model.
(3)USB Charging
If you use the USB interface of the computer to charge the 18650 battery (capacity of 4800mAh) to 90% power state, it takes about 6 hours; When fully charged, it takes about 9 hours.
(4)The solar and adapter charge at the same time
If the solar energy and 5V/2A charging head are used to charge the 18650 battery (capacity of 4800mAh) at the same time under specific circumstances, it will take about 1 hour and 40 minutes to charge to 80% of the power state. When fully charged, it took about 4 hours and 50 minutes.
